Roger was a founding member of AHJ in 1973.  He was actively involved in Reinsurance Broking until 2004 and has gained further market experience by serving on the boards of three Lloyd’s underwriting agencies.

Outside the world of reinsurance, Roger was the Chairman of Charlton Athletic Football Club and is currently a member of the British Olympic Association Advisory Board for the 2012 London Olympics, and an Ambassador for Team GB 2012.
