We are pleased to announce that with effect from 14th July 2021, the AHJ Group has established a new Danish subsidiary – AHJ Denmark ApS.

AHJ Denmark ApS is regulated by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority to conduct reinsurance broking activities.  The focus of this new company will be to provide reinsurance solutions to the Danish Insurance market and to continue other services that had previously been conducted through the Danish branch of AHJ Europe AS.  AHJ Denmark ApS complements AHJ Europe AS, in Norway, by continuing to drive AHJ’s growth in the Nordic and Baltic regions and, as an integral part of the AHJ Group, to ensure continued provision of market leading service standards for our clients in the region.

The Directors of AHJ Denmark ApS are highly experienced individuals who share a deep understanding of our clients, the AHJ Group and the global markets within which we operate.  The Board of Directors is comprised by the following; Rodney Dutton, Ove Fauske, David Simpson and Angela Treen.  Jonathan Lewis has been appointed to the position of Managing Director.
